Meadowridge Estates is a subdivision of about 70 homes in West Bloomfield, Michigan.

The Homeowners Association holds an annual meeting every year. All residents can attend and vote - participation is very welcome, especially given that it has declined in recent years.

If there are any problems in the subdivision, make them known and the Association Board will try to help. Also, please come to the meetings and participate in the solutions.

Financial reports are prepared annually. Please come to the meetings to participate in how money is spent.

Homeowner fees pay for landscaping, plowing, lighting, and general maintenance of all common areas. Bills are sent out every January. Note that the Association will charge late fees for overdue payments.

Welcome to all our new neighbors!

The Homeowners Association is engaging with a management company to assist with managing our neighborhood.

Our volunteer Association President, Jeff Finn, and Secretary, Jen Murzyn, have retired from the Board. Thank you both for all your efforts over many years!

Please clean up after your dogs - this is a West Bloomfield Township ordinance.

Please also keep your yard tidy by removing weeds and mowing your lawn.
