The Homeowners Association holds an annual meeting every year. All residents can attend and vote - participation is very welcome, especially given that it has declined in recent years.

If there are any problems in the subdivision, make them known and the association Board will try to help. Also, please come to the meetings and participate in the solutions.

Financial reports are prepared annually. Please come to the meetings to participate in how money is spent.
